To determine which Kit is the right one for you, you will need to choose the AL Abacus type; Standard or Classic.
Both of these abacuses are grouped in 5s and 10s with blue and yellow beads and both are made in the USA. The AL Abacus Standard has a red plastic frame and plastic beads. The AL Abacus Classic has a wooden frame and wooden painted beads.
The abacuses are very similar in size; AL Abacus Standard is 9-3/4" x 7-1/2" (24.75 cm x 19.25 cm) and the AL Abacus Classic is 9-3/4" x 8-1/2" (24.75 cm x 21.5 cm). The AL Abacus Standard is more durable due to the plastic material and the design. It is also less expensive.
