I love telling people how much easier our lives have been using RSM. Our daughter is totally a kinesthetic learner. I tried using Math Mammoth and other worksheet oriented math products. She fought me every step of the way.
Finding RSM was a God-send! She still doesn’t like doing the worksheets, but she loves the manipulates. I’ve actually let her use the manipulatives after our lessons, because it gets her to do the lessons quicker!
And I have learned so much along with her! The explanation as to why things are done is awesome. In public school we were just told “because that’s the way it’s done”. Love the multiplication tricks! I can go on and on. When a mom learns along with her child – it is such a wonderful thing!
