Rather than worksheets for practice and drill, games will be used.
These games will teach while the players learn their facts. The games provide interesting repetition needed for automatic responses in a social setting.
More importantly, games provide an application for the new information!
The games to play will be identified within the lessons of the RightStart Math curriculum or RightStart Tutoring series. Most come from the Math Card Games book, but some are new games only found in the lessons.
To support the Math Card Games book instructions, we have a blog with over 100 additional instructions for the games with more pictures and ideas to support your child’s learning.
We also have instructional videos for a small monthly charge! Videos are sorted by levels and are accessible for the subscription month. Here are samples for Level A and Level D instructional videos.
