We want to see RightStart in action—your favorite game, an abacus “aha!” moment, a video testimonial, or a tip that helped your child. Short and simple is perfect!
We are looking for videos of children using our RightStart™ Math curriculum and playing the math card games. Each video selected will win $100 in RightStart™ Math products!
How to Enter
1) Record a 30–60 second video clip. Natural light and clear sound — no fancy equipment required.
2) Show a RightStart element. The Cotter Abacus, a math card game, an excerpt from a lesson, the Math Balance, or another hands-on moment.
3) Email it to [email protected]!
Video Contest Guidelines
- Abacus videos: Use the blue Cotter Abacus with blue/yellow beads.
- Card game videos: Use the white card decks (not the old solid-color decks). It doesn’t matter if they have rounded or sharp corners.
- Lessons/worksheets: Show the books from the Second Edition.
- Clothing: Wear solid colors or simple designs. Avoid licensed characters, brand logos, or copyrighted graphics.
- Background: Choose a simple backdrop. Avoid visible brand logos or personal details.
- Testimonials encouraged: We’d love to hear why your family or your child enjoys RightStart or how it’s made a difference in their math journey.
Helpful Tips
- Keep it real. Smiles and “lightbulb” moments are what inspire other families.
- Framing. Horizontal video works best for our website and newsletters.
- Multiple videos may be submitted.
Selected videos may be featured on our social media, website, and other marketing such as newsletters, webinars, and training resources.
If your video is chosen, you’ll receive a $100 RightStart Math product credit as your prize. Should your order total more than $100, you are responsible to cover the difference. We’re happy to ship anywhere in the world, and we’ll send a short consent form for you to sign before your video is shared.
