I’m a homeschool mom of 5 and I have educated my kids at home from the beginning. We used a couple of different math curricula that each had their pros and cons but I noticed over time that my kids weren’t retaining their math facts and were counting instead of visualizing quantities. As I considered switching curricula yet again, I decided to try RightStart Math. We’ve now been using it for 3 years and I’m so grateful we made the switch! My kids are retaining their math facts, counting less, and truly understanding math. I wish we’d started out with RightStart Math but I’m thankful we found it when we did and that my youngest (in preschool) will be able to have a strong math foundation from the beginning.
