This game, Corners with Eighth, game F22.1 in the Math Card Games book, is a variation of the Corners game that kids just LOVE!
This game is a spin off from Corners Three which uses the multiples of threes; 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 and the Corners cards (which is part of the Math Card Games kit). Then, the sum is considered to be a fraction of eighths! It’s a fun game with an interesting exercise on adding fractions while keeping score.
